We've had a little scare over here at Mommybloggers... Jenn Satterwhite spent a night at the hospital for chest pain and shortness of breath. She's home now, and resting. Unfortunately, the doctors were unable to pinpoint the cause of her pain, but she'll be seeing a cardiologist soon for a stress test. Her husband has put her on computer restrictions, so she'll be offline for a while.
She is pretty scared, and could use your good wishes. If you leave a comment here, I'll make sure she gets it.

Funny story (laughing helps you heal faster!) - my mom woke up in the middle of the night several years ago with severe chest pains and shortness of breath. An ambulance took us to the hospital where we discovered the source of her chest pain: severe heartburn. A result of her dinner the night before: leftover chinese AND mexican. Together. The doctor who asked her what she'd had for dinner just stared at her when she told him. And then he handed her lots of antacids and sent us on our merry way.
I hope that the cause of your chest pains is something equally benign.

chest pain, sob, no associated cardiac sx... sounds like an anxiety attack, maybe a new onset of a mild panic disorder? either way, hope all is well.
